The ordering process is very simple. Perhaps a clearer way to explain shipping costs is needed. The tracking system is exceptional. Delivery was excellent. The packaging was good (perhaps additional protection was needed; the box was slightly damaged...). Good overall.

I asked them to implement a new product and write the MCU. This time, I had Elecrow provide all the parts. Sending parts from Japan would cost shipping and go through customs, so it was very helpful that they arranged for the parts. They also wrote the MCU for me, which was also very helpful.

As always the production quality was good and the boards worked as expected. All fully assembled and made as requested.

The PCB was professional manufactured with vias and platings flawless. All the PCB's that Elecrow have manufactured for me have been mainly for RF circuitry, the latest a 6 way PA output filter. The associated PCB losses have been surprisingly low. I would have added pictures before and after assembly but the website rejects them all.

Awesome Device. I will use it to connect to other devices for troubleshooting, On site development/bug fixes, mobile remote desktop/ssh client, remote compiling. It will become a productivity beast for me. I may use it as my main PC (seriously), I already prepared docking station, monitor, Bluetooth keyboard/mouse in my workbench lol. My laptop will becoming my second mobile computer, mainly only for on the road bigger coding/development, design & video editing.

I asked them to implement a CPU learning board. To keep costs down, they researched inexpensive LCDs in advance and created a board to match. Thanks to them, we were able to create it very cheaply, and I'm very pleased.

the view angle and resolution is fantastic, this is a great solution for a project that we are doing, that as to be seen under sunlight, so other type of displays will suffer from poor visibility. This one is just perfect for the job.

Nice sparepart

I requested the implementation of a small CPU board. The board has a pin header, and I was worried that the pins might be bent, but they were firmly supported with urethane and carefully packed one by one, so I had no worries at all.

Worked with Elecrow for some time already. For this PCB we had a hard deadline and Leah could push the project through and deliver the boards in time for our testing process. Very satisfied with the quality of the boards, attention to detail and customer care.

when you make a stainless 3d printing, it is the best choice for test and final check. it seems little a bit expensive, but I will order again.

Nice little sparepart for hackberry

Usually, I only ask them to mount the board and write the PIC program in-house, but this time I asked them to also do the programming. There were no problems with writing, and they also did a simple test, which was very helpful. The cost was reasonable and the results were satisfactory. I'll be sure to ask them again for the next lot.

Just got the hackberry in everything is here ( no sticker( xD but it powered on haven't really had Time to mess with it yet but I'm definitely excited

As always Elecrow manufactured great PCBs and helped us quickly to fix some issues with our design.

I purchased two of the black Hackberry Pi CM5 Q20 units from Elecrow. They have been delightful to setup and use. I even got Ubuntu running on one of mine. Unfortunately my units had a minor flaw with the left speaker that meant I needed to contact Elecrow for support. Elecrow was very responsive and came up with a solution to ship me replacement parts for the left speaker on my two units. A+++ support I really appreciate your hard work. I would recommend anyone looking for a Hackberry Pi CM5 purchase one. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. After using mine for a couple weeks, I bought a third blue one (Pictured). Oops! I might have a Hackberry problem :D

This ESP32 board is really special. It contains lots of resources for efficient power management. I think it'll be great to use in projects powered-up by solar panels.

It is a very fun device. Very nicely designed. Once you get the device you can basically customize how ever you desire with in the limits of pi 2 w.

But good thing the item I ordered came in with a soft/hard case so it’s well protected. I got no complain just telling everybody what I received. This product is amazing. It's way bigger than I thought. It seems to work great with the ESP32-S3 PowerFeather.

Works as expected. Good quality. Very convenient for connecting devices with different voltages. I used it for connecting a microcontroller (M5Stamp C3U) to Toshiba heat pump's Wifi module cable.

As usual, good quality PCB's and quite fast production. Also, the technicians check the design very well and point out any anomaly or short circuit they can detect. The final result is a working design. Shipment is efficient and the "standard" PCB's of 100 x 100mm fit through my letter box. This is convenient for delivery. So all in all, I'm a happy customer.

The acrylic panels are produced as my design that shows transparent and black 2mm thickness panels. Everything is no problem. Also it took just one week to receive the panels after placing order. It is very fast.

I ordered two M1 units to go down the meshtastic/MeshCore rabbit hole and so far so good. Radios linked (at -14.25dB) through 2km of trees over flat ground. I can't wait to get one of these running on solar on a hilltop in dedicated repeater mode.
